You need to create your user account on our website, then select the city where you live or the city for which you need a service provider.

After that, select the service you need.

Service Reservation Price

The reservation is made via a secure electronic payment of 600.00 RSD per service type. The client can choose one or more types of services.
SNEGSTAN is not a VAT payer

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion according to the rate used by card organizations, which is not known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.

After making the payment, you will receive three available contacts for the selected service provider per service type.

Contacts are available for the next 72 hours in your account created upon registration on our website.

Hiring the Service Provider

Choose whom you want to hire for the service, and directly arrange the date, time, and service cost with the provider.

Service Quality Evaluation

Please rate the quality of the service after it has been performed.

It is important for you to be satisfied and return to us for the same or a different type of service.

Complaints and Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us via email at snegstan1963@gmail.com or through the messaging system available in your account. Provide a detailed reason for your dissatisfaction with the service provider. If your claim is justified, the provider will no longer be part of our team, and we will refund the reservation payment to the account from which it was made. The user bears no additional costs.
In the case of a refund for a payment made via a payment card or IPS system, regardless of the reason, SNEGSTAN is obligated to refund only through the DINACARD, VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods or the IPS payment system.

Customer Privacy Protection

On behalf of SNEGSTAN, we commit to safeguarding the privacy of all our customers. We collect only essential, basic customer information necessary for business and customer information in accordance with good business practices to provide a quality service. We give customers the option to choose whether or not to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer information is strictly protected and accessible only to employees who need it to perform their job. All employees of SNEGSTAN are responsible for adhering to privacy principles.

Transaction Data Protection

When entering card details, sensitive information is transmitted over a public network in encrypted form using SSL protocol and PKI system, which is the most advanced cryptographic technology available. The entire payment process is handled on the pages of the institution. At no point are card details accessible to our system.
